- Apply a thick drop of saliva to the glass surface. Ensure the sample is bubble-free. Use enough saliva to create a clear pattern

Processing
- Allow the sample to dry completely (5-15 minutes)
- Keep the device horizontal during drying
- Protect from disturbance or contamination

Analysis

- Hold the monitor at eye level
